These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Paperpixels website and your purchase of products and subscriptions from Paperpixels, LLC (“Paperpixels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing paperpixels.nyc, placing an order, or subscribing to any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase from us.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order or subscribe to any service from Paperpixels. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

All products, including limited edition prints and subscriptions, are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Limited editions (including 50x50 editions and Mini Print Club prints) are produced in fixed edition sizes specified on the product page; once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted in that format. We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the finished print.

All prices on paperpixels.nyc are listed in [your primary currency] and may change at any time without notice. The total price at checkout includes product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes or duties disclosed where possible. Payment is due at the time you place your order or start a subscription, and you authorize our third‑party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product information and to cancel any orders affected by such errors; if we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

For subscription products (such as the Mini Print Club), you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel.

Monthly plans: Billed in advance each month.

Yearly plans: Billed in advance for 12 months, with any stated discount applied at checkout.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to receive shipments through that period. Unless required by applicable law, we do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses.

For international orders, delivery times can vary by destination and may be subject to customs inspections, local taxes, and import duties, which are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Our Refund & Returns Policy is part of these Terms.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. Upon approval, we will replace the item or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If you are unhappy with your print, you may return it within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is returned in its original condition and in protective packaging of similar quality. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item; processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and location.

Paperpixels, LLC is based in the United States and sells to customers worldwide. While these Terms are intended to apply globally, you may have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any non‑waivable statutory rights in your jurisdiction, your statutory rights will prevail.

You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing from paperpixels.nyc and importing our products into your country is lawful and compliant with local regulations, customs rules, and tax requirements.
 

All content on paperpixels.nyc, including images, photographs, text, logos, and designs, is owned by Paperpixels, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a print or subscription gives you ownership of the physical print but does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights.

You may not reproduce, scan, distribute, or otherwise use the artwork for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal display of purchased prints in homes, offices, or galleries is permitted, but resale as merchandise, use in advertising, or creation of derivative works requires a separate license.

You agree not to use paperpixels.nyc for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with others’ use. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, other accounts, or systems connected to the site.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of the website and any purchase or subscription is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and how we handle cross‑border data transfers. By using the site, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paperpixels, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website and products, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paperpixels, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product or service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of your jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the website, or any purchase from Paperpixels, LLC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York, USA, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Because Paperpixels sells internationally, additional mandatory laws (such as consumer protection or e‑commerce regulations in your country) may apply, and where those laws cannot be waived, they will prevail over any conflicting part of these Terms.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and the revised Terms will apply to all future use of the website and new orders.
