Refund Policy

We want you to love the art you bring into your home. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Please email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damage.

Once approved, we’ll either send a replacement print at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If you’re not in love with your print, you can return it for a refund. You have 45 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

 

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned print, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
