Shipping Policy

We take care to package every print so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment is received. During launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Mini prints and small works are shipped in rigid 6x8 cardboard mailers or similar protective packaging to help prevent bending.

Larger prints are shipped flat or rolled, depending on size, with protective materials to keep your artwork safe in transit.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For Mini Print subscriptions, a flat shipping fee of $4 per month (domestic) or $8 per month (international) is added to each shipment. Any applicable taxes or duties are displayed at checkout where supported.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, orFedEx (depending on destination) with tracking.

Typical delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

International shipping is available to select countries.

Delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.

If the package is still missing, contact us at hello@paperpx.com with your order number and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
 

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the packaging and the print so we can replace it or issue a refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
